Alexandria, Virginia is a vibrant enclave in northern Virginia, largely popular due to its proximity to downtown D.C. as well as the historical architecture, shops and restaurants found in Old Town Alexandria.
BOWIE
Bowie, Maryland was ranked by CNN Money in 2014 as the 28th best place to live in America. The area is largely popular due to its estate homes, often found on large parcels in gated communities, and its proximity to major thoroughfares leading into downtown D.C.
Capitol Hill
Capitol Hill, the largest historic residential neighborhood in D.C., is perhaps best known for also being the seat of the U.S. Congress. This vibrant neighborhood also boasts shops, outdoor markets, and new award-winning restaurants, while providing an easy commute into downtown D.C.
Chevy Chase
The area comprising Chevy Chase includes both a subdivision in D.C., as well as a small town spilling over the border into Montgomery County, Maryland. Its picturesque tree-lined streets are peppered with large historical and architecturally interesting homes.
CRESTWOOD
While Crestwood, Sheperd Park, Colonial Village and 16th Street Heights are distinct subdivisions in Northwest D.C., they are all in very close proximity to one another and share many characteristics. Just south of Cleveland Park and north of Dupont Circle, the Kalorama subdivision of D.C. includes Kalorama Triangle and Kalorama Heights. This historic area is known for its many embassies and for being a sought after area by politicians and foreign dignitaries.

Always a local favorite, the Georgetown subdivision of D.C., situated along the banks of the Potomac River, is a sought after historical area also known as a commercial and entertainment hub in the Northwest quadrant.
